From Two Generations to One Future: Private Sector Employment Pathways for Two Generations

Please join Ascend at the Aspen Institute, the Employment Pathways Project, and the Aspen Forum for Community Solutions for a briefing on employment pathways for young parents in the private sector, and the critical role employers play in creating opportunities that support two-generation strategies. The conversation will feature a young parent’s perspective on the benefits of employment pathways, highlight best practice employment pathway models, and offer success stories of employers who have embraced pathways to build a diverse workforce of young adults.  In addition, participants will discuss how philanthropic investment and leadership is helping to bring innovative private sector models to scale.  This event is part of From Two Generations to One Future: An Ascend at the Aspen Institute Series that brings to light critical issues addressed through two-generation solutions:
