This tip sheet shares strategies from Strengthening Working Families Initiative (SWFI) grantees and other related programs for keeping participants engaged in education and training programs after recruitment, including tips on: building relationships with participants; structuring programs to meet participants’ needs; and using behavioral interventions to keep participants engaged.
