Solutions Spotlight: Health by Wealth Collective

StreetCred, led by Ascend Fellow Dr. Lucy Marcil, is building economic mobility and health equity for families and children by leveraging trust in and access to healthcare. StreetCred started in Boston as a way to offer services like tax preparation, enrollment assistance, and financial coaching in a trusted healthcare setting.

Now the organization is scaling its reach through the Health by Wealth Collective (HxWC), a national open-source, technical support learning community for those building medical-financial partnerships. The program model focuses on creating community among healthcare providers and
facilitating program implementation.
