Erin Saul is the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Cincinnati, where she leads efforts to identify and invest in proven, innovative models that address social challenges and promote inclusive prosperity in the community. With a deep passion for improving outcomes for children and families, Erin brings extensive experience in community engagement, equity promotion, and evidence-based interventions.
Before joining GreenLight Fund in 2023, Erin worked at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for 6 years, where she led Joining Forces for Children, a coalition of nearly 50 schools, healthcare, and early childhood organizations working to reduce early childhood trauma in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Erin’s expertise spans both direct service and advocacy roles, and she is known for her ability to bridge sectors to tackle complex community issues. Erin earned her B.A. in Political Science from Denison University and a Masters of Business Leadership and Innovation from Northern Kentucky University’s Haile College of Business. She also completed an executive certificate from Georgetown University’s School-Justice Partnerships and Diversion Pathways Program. Erin has been recognized for her community impact, including being named Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Young Professional of the Year in 2021 and receiving the inaugural Upstander Award from the Nancy and David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center in 2022. She is a proud member of the YWCA Rising Stars Class of 2020 and holds a non-profit board equity certification. Erin also serves on the board of Mission2Move, an organization that brings mindful movement programming to public preschools.
