Grace Fisher (she/her) serves as an operations manager for Ascend at the Aspen Institute. In her role with Ascend, she works across Ascend’s Salesforce, file management systems, and onboarding facilitation.
Prior to joining Ascend in 2023, Grace served in an operational role with the nonprofit Kindred Communities. Here, she led the development and implementation of a grant tracking database in Salesforce, built a foundational virtual onboarding experience, and co-facilitated annual somatic abolitionism book experiences. Grace also served as an Arts and Museum Organizer for a George Washington University Signature Event: Chavez, Huerta, and Itliong Day of Commitment and Call to Action honoring their legacy and values while advocating for continued movement.
Originally from New Hampshire, Grace earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Human Services and Social Justice with a minor in Spanish from the George Washington University. Additionally, Grace serves as the Board Treasurer for the Maryland-based nonprofit, What Every Child Needs.
