Jordan Colvin is the program associate for 2Gen Practice at Ascend at the Aspen Institute. At Ascend, he supports the engagement of Ascend’s national network and the capture of 2Gen impact across Network activities, convenings, and place-based work.
Prior to joining Ascend in 2024, Jordan completed a civic Fellowship at El Pomar Foundation in Colorado Springs. In his time as a Fellow, he worked with a board of community leaders and trustees in developing grant-making strategies to address economic inequity, youth well-being, and workforce development. This work reinforced Jordan’s commitment to supporting economic mobility through two-generation (2Gen) approaches.
Raised in Colorado but now a new resident of Washington, DC, Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.
