Melba Henao

Melba is currently a Senior Analyst at CVS Health Aetna Medicare Solutions. Melba has an Associate’s Degree in Social Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work In 2019, she served as one of 16 Parent Advisors who collaborates in the Aspen Postsecondary Success for Parents Initiative, with Ascend, The Aspen Institute in Washington DC. She is an alumni of New Leadership, Center for American Women and Politics, at the Eagleton Institute at Rutgers University. She is also part of the Family Advisory Council for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center & Children’s Hospital of NJ. Marcela is a passionate advocate of women as well as voice for our communities and future generations.
