Steph Brueck-Cassoli is the assistant director for activation & impact at Ascend at the Aspen Institute. In this role, she leads national engagement strategies to advance Forward With Families, Ascend’s initiative to strengthen family economic mobility and well-being. Her work focuses on elevating and scaling innovative, equity-centered solutions and designing cross-sector strategies that elevate family voice and drive impact.
Prior to joining Ascend in 2024, Steph served in multiple roles at Economic Mobility Pathways (Boston, MA), heading up intergenerational economic mobility coaching initiatives, spearheading the development of their learning management system, and designing foundational courses supporting practitioners worldwide. She holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College, where she also served as adjunct faculty.
