Roxane White is a member of the Aspen Ascend team serving as the Morgridge Family Economic Security Innovator in Residence and is a member of the U.S. Mobility from Poverty Partnership. Prior to this, she was the CEO of Nurse-Family Partnership where she led innovation and growth of the evidence-based home visitation program which serves parents and children in over 40 States and 6 Tribal Nations. While at Nurse-Family Partnership, she created the first Maternal and Child Pay for Success project in U.S., expanded reach and secured a major investment from Blue Meridian Partners. From 2009-2014, she served as Chief of Staff for Colorado Governor Hickenlooper and the City of Denver where she led innovations in homelessness, prison reform, Medicaid and Child Welfare. From 2003-2008, she led the Denver Department of Human Services. She also spent 20 years working with homeless youth. Finally, Roxane serves as a Trustee for the Rose Community Foundation and the Garrett Evangelical Seminary. She is an Aspen Institute Ascend Fellow.
