Anthony Gherardini is Vice President and Human Resources Officer for the University of Colorado System, where he helps lead human resources strategy and support services across the university system. In this role, he brings extensive experience in public administration, operations, and organizational leadership.
Prior to joining the University of Colorado System, Tony served as Executive Director of the Department of Personnel and Administration for Governor Jared Polis. He also served as Deputy Director of the Office of Behavioral Health at the Colorado Department of Human Services.
Previously, he served as Deputy Director for Operations at the Colorado Department of Human Services, where he was responsible for overseeing a $2 billion annual budget and the daily operations of the department’s 5,000 employees.
