From Two Generations to One Future: Private Sector Employment Pathways for Two Generations
Please join Ascend at the Aspen Institute, the Employment Pathways Project, and the Aspen Forum for Community Solutions for a briefing on employment pathways for young parents in the private sector, and the critical role employers play in creating opportunities that support two-generation strategies. The conversation will feature a young parent’s perspective on the benefits of employment pathways, highlight best practice employment pathway models, and offer success stories of employers who have embraced pathways to build a diverse workforce of young adults. In addition, participants will discuss how philanthropic investment and leadership is helping to bring innovative private sector models to scale.
