Human Services Value Curve Video

This video details the Human Services Value Curve, which tracks business model development across four levels: Regulative Business Model; Collaborative Business Model; Integrative Business Model; and Generative Business Model. The higher the Value Curve level, the greater the organizational capacity is to offer families needed supports.
