Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act: Two-Generation Strategies

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) creates career pathways that prepare individuals with low-incomes or who are out-of-work for living wage, family-sustaining jobs. This flier shares how the WIOA provides opportunities to advance two-generation (2Gen) strategies around workforce development and postsecondary programs, as well as recommendations to influence WIOA implementation policy.
